Screens and Gravel Pack Course

This course is conducted by industry experts with years of experience and technical know-how within the drilling industry.

It provides much of the underpinning knowledge required to design and construct screened water bores in alluvial formations, using either natural formation or artificial gravel packing techniques, including sieve analysis.

The course is being held in Darwin on the 12th and 13th of February.

Certificate IV in On-Site Environmental Management

This new course is a match for OH&S qualifications for on site managers, and provides a Certificate IV competency in practical environmental issues. The first of its kind in Australia, this 5 dayfive day full time course provides grounding in theory and practice of environmental management.

The course is being delivered by Absorb Environmental Solutions in Conjunction with the NT Chamber of Commerce. Training places for the October course have been filled. However, the course is scheduled to be delivered again in 2009 - Darwin (March), Alice Springs (June) subject to numbers.
