In consultation with our Board of Directors, the MITAC team works closely together to determine how MITAC’s resources can best be utilised to:

• Work in partnership with industry, government and training providers to develop a quality education and training framework to meet the diverse needs of the industries we represent

• Successfully manage the Major Industry Training Advisory Council as a small business in a competitive economic environment.

Although we actively pursue projects that will enhance our industries capabilities, our core services are provided at no cost to industry under a service agreement with the Northern Territory Department of Education and Training (DET). Our commercial services value-add to core business and are provided at competitive market rates.

Collectively, the team at MITAC has extensive project management experience which includes the analysis of statistical data, client surveys, strategic directions, evaluations, and managing complex projects including securing funds, allocating resources, writing reports and consulting stakeholders.
